Sponsorship terms and formats
Divaneskop has been building SEO analytics education since 2020.
Our masterclasses reach practitioners across every province — from analysts at agencies in Vancouver to in-house teams in Moncton who rarely get access to structured technical training. Sponsoring a session means your brand appears exactly when someone is actively working to improve their skills, not scrolling past an ad.
What we offer
Placement formats
Each format suits a different goal — whether you need brand visibility across many sessions or a focused presence inside a single course.
Session opening slot
Your brand is introduced at the start of a live masterclass. The instructor gives a 90-second verbal mention, and your logo appears on the opening slide visible to all attendees.
Single sessionCourse-wide integration
Placement across every module of a full course — slide logo, mention in written materials, and a link in the course resource list. Suitable for tools or platforms that participants will actually use during practice assignments.
Most requestedLearner email inclusion
A dedicated paragraph in the post-session email sent to registered participants. Written in plain text, consistent with how we write all our communications — not formatted like an advertisement.
Email onlyResource pack mention
Your tool or platform is listed inside the downloadable resource pack that accompanies a module. Participants keep this material after the session ends, so the reference persists beyond the live event.
DownloadableConditions and process
Straightforward terms with no hidden obligations. Here is how the process works from first contact to placement.
Relevance requirement
Sponsorships are accepted from tools, platforms, and services with a direct connection to SEO, analytics, digital marketing, or professional development. We do not place sponsors whose product has no relationship to the course content.
Content review
Any written material supplied by a sponsor goes through editorial review before publication. We adjust phrasing to match our communication style — direct and practical, without advertising language. Final sign-off from both sides before use.
Booking lead time
Placement requests need to arrive at least 14 days before the scheduled session. For course-wide integrations, allow 21 days so materials can be updated consistently across all modules.
Reporting after each session
After your placement runs, we send a summary: registration numbers, attendance on the day, and which regions participants joined from. No tracking pixels or external scripts — just aggregated data from our own records.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations received more than 7 days before the session receive a full refund or credit toward a future placement. Within 7 days, a partial credit applies. If we cancel the session on our end, the full amount is returned.
