DMCA Policy
Last updated: February 20, 2026
Divaneskop ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform at divaneskop.biz to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how we respond to claims of copyright infringement submitted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through our platform infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent. To be effective, your notification must include all of the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works is acceptable.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate that material on the platform, such as a URL or specific description.
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Submit all DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent using the contact details below:

We recommend submitting notices by email for the fastest response. Notifications that do not comply with the requirements above may not receive a response or result in action.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of an applicable court and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not notify us of legal action within ten (10) business days, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. A user may be considered a repeat infringer if they have received multiple valid DMCA takedown notices or have otherwise been identified as repeatedly infringing the copyrights of others. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes repeat infringement at our sole discretion.
5. Abuse of the DMCA Process
Submitting a DMCA notice knowing that it contains materially false information may expose the submitter to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees, as provided under applicable law. Please ensure all claims are made in good faith and are accurate before submission.
6. No Legal Advice
This policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you are uncertain whether material infringes your copyright or whether you have a valid claim, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified legal professional before submitting a notice.
7. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our platform. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
