Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2025
Divaneskop ("we", "us", "our") is committed to maintaining a communication environment that is respectful, relevant, and free from unsolicited or deceptive messaging. This Anti-Spam Policy outlines the standards we apply to all outbound communications and the expectations we hold for anyone using our platform or services to communicate with others.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
- All electronic messages sent by Divaneskop to users, subscribers, or prospects
- All communications initiated through our platform by registered users or account holders
- Any third-party service providers acting on our behalf in a communications capacity
This policy covers email, push notifications, in-platform messaging, and any other electronic communication channel operated or facilitated by Divaneskop.
2. Our Commitment to Consent-Based Communication
We send electronic messages only to individuals who have provided clear and verifiable consent to receive them. Consent may be expressed through direct opt-in actions such as account registration, form submission, or explicit subscription to a communication list.
We do not send unsolicited bulk messages. We do not purchase, rent, or use third-party contact lists that have not been collected through a lawful, consent-based process.
3. Types of Communications We Send
3.1 Transactional Messages
Transactional messages are sent in direct response to a user action or as a necessary part of delivering a service. These include account confirmation emails, password reset requests, payment receipts, and service notifications. Consent to receive transactional messages is implied by use of the service.
3.2 Promotional and Marketing Messages
Promotional communications are sent only to users who have opted in to receive them. Each promotional message includes a clear identification of the sender, an accurate subject line, and a functioning mechanism to opt out of future communications of the same type.
3.3 Educational and Platform Notifications
Users who enrol in programs or engage with learning content may receive notifications related to their progress, upcoming sessions, or relevant platform updates. These are tied to the service relationship and can be managed through account notification settings.
4. Identification and Transparency
All messages sent by or on behalf of Divaneskop will:
- Clearly identify Divaneskop as the sender
- Include accurate and non-deceptive subject lines or message headers
- Contain valid contact information including our physical mailing address
- Never use misleading sender names, disguised origins, or deceptive routing
5. Opt-Out and Unsubscribe
Every promotional or marketing message we send includes a functional and clearly visible mechanism to opt out of future messages of that type. Opt-out requests are processed without delay and at no cost to the recipient.
Once an opt-out request is received, we will cease sending the relevant category of communication within a reasonable period and no later than ten (10) business days. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect delivery of transactional messages necessary to support an active account or service relationship.
6. Prohibited Conduct for Platform Users
Users of the Divaneskop platform are prohibited from using any communication feature, tool, or API access provided by us to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages to any recipient list
- Use harvested, scraped, or purchased contact data
- Disguise the origin or sender identity of any message
- Send messages with false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Circumvent opt-out requests or re-add unsubscribed contacts without renewed consent
- Distribute malware, phishing content, or links designed to deceive recipients
- Use automated tools to send messages at volumes inconsistent with normal platform use
Violation of these prohibitions may result in suspension or termination of platform access.
7. Data Handling in Communications
Contact information used for communications is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal contact data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Service providers engaged to deliver communications on our behalf are contractually required to handle data in accordance with applicable obligations and this policy.
8. Reporting Spam or Abuse

Where Divaneskop integrates with or relies on third-party communication tools, email delivery services, or marketing automation platforms, we require those providers to operate in accordance with responsible sending practices. We conduct reasonable due diligence before engaging third-party communication vendors.
10. Policy Enforcement
Divaneskop reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Confirmed violations by users or account holders may result in:
- Temporary suspension of messaging or communication privileges
- Permanent restriction or termination of platform access
- Reporting to relevant authorities or infrastructure providers where appropriate
